About this case study
Finding itself in an increasingly competitive environment, Dubai Islamic Bank decided to differentiate its offering with a new loyalty initiative. The bank surveyed its options in 2008 and began reviewing providers whose solution fulﬁlled the required capabilities. A key requirement was that the new loyalty program integrate seamlessly with Dubai Islamic Bank’s new universal core banking system.
