Offer Code 2 How it works You know that satisfied customers make the best brand ambassadors and that prospective customers rely on feedback from their friends and family members when making important financial decisions. So, your team has come up with a Customer Referral program that will incentive customers to make referrals to you. You simply sign in to Zafin's offer execution console, which sits adjacent to your core banking system, to establish the parameters of the offer. Offer Code P R E S C R I B E D U S E C A S E Instructions on how to forward their unique Referral Code to their friends and family members which includes instructions of how to apply A summary of the Friends and Family Members Rewards Offer that will be provided to their referrals to be able to answer questions • Friends and family members who open a new checking account and set up direct deposit of at least one $500 per month that continues for a minimum of three months will receive $250 • In addition, if they open a companion savings account with a minimum balance balance of at least $5,000 which remains open and retains the $5,000 average daily balance for at least three months they'll be eligible for an additional $250 reward An example of how quickly referrals can add up since the customer will receive $50 for every checking account and another $50 for every savings account that's opened and meets the Friends and Family rewards criteria 1 2 3 Once the interface between your core banking system and offer execution is set up you'll no longer need to engage IT or your core provider to create a new product to service a segment of customers. Offer execution does the analytics and computations then feeds the results back to your core banking system to ensure customers receive the rewards as defined.
